1. What personal data we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us: your name, email address, company, role and anything else you include in your message, when you email us.
  • Correspondence: emails and other messages exchanged with you.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and pages requested) to deliver the website securely and protect it from attack. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.

This website does not use advertising or analytics tools, does not set tracking cookies and does not require you to create an account. See our Cookie Notice.

You are not required to give us your personal data, but we cannot respond to an enquiry without your name and email address. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to or we are otherwise permitted to by law. Every marketing email we send through Brevo includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

  • Google (Gmail), which provides our email and may store messages you send us.
  • Brevo, the email platform we use to send and manage email communications. It may process your name and email address for that purpose.
  • Cloudflare, which provides our website hosting, domain name and security services.
  • Professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to.

These providers act as our processors under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers (including Google, Cloudflare and Brevo, which is based in the EU) may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised by law, such as adequacy decisions or data bridges (for example the UK–US Data Bridge and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers), or standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

5. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • be told how your data is used, and to access a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, erased;
  • restrict or object to our use of your data, including where we rely on legitimate interests;
  • receive data you gave us in a portable format, where we use it on the basis of consent or contract;
  • withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

6. Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
